Melissa started her career in the film business back in 2015. After being unable to obtain a position as a Welder apprentice, Melissa decided it was time to join the entertainment circus. Melissa's knowledge of Sault Ste. Marie has made her an asset to any team she has been on. Her primary film departments include Locations and Transportation. Although she has dabbled in a bit of Art Department and has high hopes to one day make the jump over to Special Effects and become a more diverse film crew carney.
She is built tough, is not afraid to take the bull by the horns, and would much rather be creating or setting up tents than being stuck in front of a computer.
Her role on Soo Films has been the Master of Disaster. She knows how to keep cool (most of the time) and is a champ at helping ward off any disaster that comes this way. Her location specialties has also come in handy!
